Well first let me say to all, have a Merry Christmas! Remember you cannot have CHRISTmas without Christ. I look forward to the days off with the family.
Now on to why I am here today. We are starting a new project. Project Skywalker! what is it you ask? well it is going to bring us up with the newest technologies on our websites. we have been going for nearly a decade now and its time for a little upgrading. This will take us a few months to complete. I will keep you up to date here as often as i can. I think that most of you will not be able to see a huge difference, the biggest difference will be functionality and administrative tools. But as we roll it out, like i said, here is where you will find the updates. We are excited to get this going, it has been 8 years in the making and time to roll. BubbaJunk.Com, TruckerTrucker and FullFleet.Com are just a few of the sites that will get a nice makeover. Hope that you will check back here from time to time and see whats going down...or better yet add the blog to your favorite reader.
In other news, after the first of the year we are moving BubbJunk.Com emails to a new server. If you use our email service you will be able to access the site it is on now for the next 30 days then i will be gone, we cannot move emails over so you will need to save them for yourself. More on this later.

Not really, I am excited to announce that we are going to be starting in January 2008 the redesign/upgrade of all of our websites. Well after being sick all weekend, and missing most of the day yesterday. I am back, not 100% but close.

The Dallas Stars 1999 team had a reunion here yesterday for the all-star week. I remember where I was and watched every minute of those games....I need to crank up the Pantera and scream DALLAS STARS! It was great to see Belfour, Hatcher, Hull, Modano, Carboniue (Sorry Guy for the misspelling) and all the other Stars.

I have to admit something...I am a blogaholic. Yes it is true, I read a lot of blogs a day. I find them very informative and useful in our day to day operations. BUT i also read some that are funny, sports related, and entertainment type blogs. So as i sit here today wondering, what should my blog really be about. i am pondering this and will decide the fate of this blog. i hope that whichever way i go with it, several will read and enjoy. i could write about the wife and 4 kids...or about work and things we are doing....who knows....only time will tell

Well i spent the last two days at the home office in Texarkana, meetings and such. Back in Dallas and what do i get?? over an inch of snow and ice on my way to work. Hour and 45 minute commute. I will post later today or tomorrow, i have to get caught up on some things.
Well here it is 2007. Happy belated New Year to all. I have a resolution that I will keep this year and that is to keep up with what is going on here at VAG, BubbaJunk, and all our other sites. It has been since September since I last put an entry in....geez 
So without anymore delays, until the next delay, I will blog as much as I can.
The best place to start is that we are in the 8th year with BubbaJunk....WOW! The thanks goes out to all in the trucking industry that keeps us online! From the companies to the truckers themselves, thank you. There was a song by the 80's group (I am a product of 80's hair bands) Cinderella...The more things change, the more they stay the same! So alot of changes in the 8 years, but one thing stays the same, our site that is dedicated to the trucking industry.
On other fronts we have a lot going on with new sites rolling out and expanding our horizons. I will introduce them as we roll them out and hopefully everyone will understand what we do here (but not how we do it 
)
My schedule will be a little crazy in the next few days, we have some meetings at the home office, but we will talk soon.

Well here is the friday before labor day weekend. Can you believe that its September. 4 months left in the year. WOW. Well that means 2 things football and cool weather. Here in Texas that is a relief on both parts. 2 words for ya: National Champions. Thats right, THE University of Texas! and of course the cowboys. As I look out its 97 degrees....well one outta 2 aint bad....Have a great 3 day weekend!
