My name is Karen and I have just shy of three years of OTR driving experience and am currently unemployed and seeking an OTR driving position. I started out 0n 08/2005 at Swift Transportation Driving Academy. I graduated with my CDL 09/2005 and became a student driver/driver . From there I was discharged for unauthorized passenger and looked for work for 1 month. On 02/2006 I got hired at Covenant Transport out of Chattanooga TN. as a OTR team/solo driver. I worked there from 02/06 to 11/06. I decided that Covenant was not giving me the miles that I needed in order to support my family and survive so I quit that job and started working for Harry Transport out of Tracy Ca. as a OTR/contracted driver. He leased his truck to New Star Trucking in Fresno, Ca. I drove for him until he sold his truck on 03/2007. I looked for work from 03/2007 until 05/2007. and then started working for Paul's Express LLC on 05/07 as a OTR/solo driver. I drove for him until 03/2008. I quite working for him because he refused to buy trip permits for the truck and we had pay issues. I then looked for work again and got a job with Jose Ruiz in Ontario, CA as an OTR/solo driver. I worked there from 03/2008 to 05/2008. I quit because of faulty unsafe equipment that he refused to fix and pay issues. I have been seeking a stable dependable job since that date. I am a dependable hard working individual with a pleasant personality that is determined to find a replicable driving job that I can depend on. I would be interested in hearing any suggestions or knowing of any driving opportunites that would fit my needs. I have a class A CDL out of Oregon State W/doubles and tripples endorcement w/ no restrictions. (NO experience in doubles and tripples). I have dry van and refrigerated experience. I have driven 300,000 plus miles during my driving career and have one minor accident and one minor moving violation with no points on my record. I have no felony criminal convictions and no other convictions. I have never been suspended or revoked, and never failed a drug test or had any drunk driving or reckless driving convictions. I paid for the following check to be done ID/SSN Authentication, Infraction-Misdemeanor-Felony Record scan and Driving Record for perspective employers.
