Hey New to the Trucking Industry ask the pros

This is for new drivers needing some help getting started finding a job, school, route or basic questions experienced drivers can help them with. Don't be afraid the only stupid question is the one never asked.

New to the trucking industry. Actually just finishing driving school. Does anybody know anything about Averitt Express, either good or bad.? Their normal recruiting BS makes them sound like THE STUFF but they seem awfully interested in hiring new drivers. HELP!!
