Got a D.U.I. but wasnt convicted got lucky and that the court dropped it to a speeding ticket and DMV ws going after the DUI. But unfortunatly the dmv will keep the DUI on report for 10 years. Guess my question would be will I be able to get back in a truck the DUI is a year old thx for your opinions and advise.

hey there my dui is ov er 3 yrs old and still messing with me..its like you killed someone or something.i dont understand it really.it was in my own personal vehicle not in work truck but it haunts me daily since i am out of work right now.anyway good luck.

if it was dropped to ticket for speeding i would talk with lawyer to get dui off.sometimes they can pull strings.alot of the companies wont take you unless dui is 5yrold or older you said one year it willbe almost impossible to get into truck unless you have friend.most of the reason they wont take you is because of insurance reasons.
