Re: How many trainers does it take?

    ROFL

im sorry i dont mean to laugh but i can relate with your husband's frustration .. i went to work for werner 2 yrs ago . ( now keep up with me)

my first trainer was a female. i was on her truck for 4 days and had a whole whopping 14 hrs drive time. she was always on the phone with her girlfriend and pretty much let me drive an hour or if i was lucky 2. so i got off her truck . 2nd trainer decided to play with himself in the jump seat. yes you read that right . so needless to say i got off the truck and reported him . he is still a trainer he just can not train females anymore. 3 trainer was dollar general i did that for a week and ended up with more bruises than i wanted to count. 4th trainer was awesome but after being away from home for 2 months i decided to go home. which was a mistake cause i couldnt get him back .  then i had trainer #5 who was a major ars. he would yell at me for no damn reason . after yelling at me a couple times  i started yelling back . i got off his truck with a feww hrs left . and finished with trainer #6 thank god  i finished with him ........ ok now i left werner a couple months after all that bulls crap .  ok im a glutton for punishment.

after about a year of not driving i decided to go back to werner  they made me go back out for a few hrs . trainer #1  he picked me up on sunday and by monday i was off his truck.  he was bi polar and you had to remind him to take his medication and was nto qualified to train ( in my opinion) trainer #2 was a female and really was not qualified i had to train her how to do things and all she did was *** about the loads she got and anything werner did.... but then again she thought she was the *** ... after listening to her for 3 weeks i got off the truck especially when she got the truck stuck in sand in tx  and thought she could dig her way out. oh yeah did i forget to mention she was also an alcoholic. trainer #3  i loved him ( not that way either) he let me drive my hours. he went to bed and left me alone to do my thing he knew i really didnt need any training cause i had been through it enough .

with werner it is a hit and miss with their trainers they have good ones and they have bad ones but im going to say this and probably hear alot of crap back for it . all the companies are teh same its all the same bull crap just wrapped differently i dotn care what company it is  just tell your husband to hang in there it will be over soon
