This is a new Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration mandate that will grade the diver assign them a safety score that has a direct impact on the companies safety rating. This will also I am sure be a part of any drivers hiring requirment.
You as a driver are being rated as we speak. All violations now will be used to rate you as a driver and as a company. This is a major change in the way a driver is rated and a company.
My best advice is get prepared TODAY because it will be fully implemented in June 2010.
