The company content may still be on the site but there isn't a way to apply to these companies. Th reason their information is still avaliable on the site is there are still searches done for their company names.
When drivers can't apply to them they can find a company in their hiring area to apply to.

the only question that is a stupid question is a question never asked.
Several things come into play here. The biggest is what are you having to go to a court ordered class for. If it has anything to with drinking/drugs and driving you are in for a tough road to get a job.

From reading I am pretty sure you will have to be retested on the hazmat as some of the State laws are different regards to this and you need to know the State laws your moving into.
