I agree with you about not doing the rental until I've been a company driver somewhere else first. The program Colonial has is not a 'lease', but a 'rental'. They pay the insurance (they are self-insured). They also take care of all repairs and maintenance. I still don't trust their program though. I'd like to hear from ...
